Substance is built over years.
Structure determines generations.
*Liechtenstein tax law. German and Austrian tax obligations (exit and attribution taxation) remain unaffected.
If you are entrepreneurially successful, you know the problem: assets grow, but protection does not keep pace. Liability risks, tax burden, unresolved succession. Most advisors analyse. Few take action.
VADUZ Advisory structures your wealth through family foundations in Liechtenstein. Legally robust, tax-efficient, and designed to be preserved across generations. Every structure is tailored to your situation.
The first step: a confidential conversation where we understand your starting point.

We assess your starting point, prepare the documentation and accompany the opening with a Liechtenstein private bank. Fixed fee of € 3,500, credited in full against a later foundation mandate.
Learn moreAn account protects liquidity, not wealth across generations. Those who go further build the foundation on top of it: statutes, by-laws, board appointment and ongoing support.
Learn moreFrom 11 January 2027, banks from third countries such as Switzerland, the United Kingdom or Dubai may only actively offer deposit and lending business in an EU member state through a branch authorised in that state (Art. 21c CRD VI). Many institutions will not take on that effort for private client business.
The obligation applies to the banks, not to their clients: existing accounts remain, and anyone approaching a foreign institution on their own initiative remains free to do so. What narrows is the choice. Liechtenstein belongs to the European Economic Area and is not affected by the rule.
Legal basis: Article 21c of Directive (EU) 2024/1619 (CRD VI), applicable from 11 January 2027, transposed in Germany into sections 53c and 53cc of the German Banking Act (KWG). The rule addresses credit institutions, not private individuals. There is no ban on EU citizens holding accounts abroad, nor is one planned.
Many advisors structure wealth. We go one step further: on request, we assume the protector function within Liechtenstein foundation structures, an active protective role as part of the mandate.
This means we do not merely advise. As protectors, we can be directly embedded in the foundation structure. In this capacity we oversee the foundation board, safeguard the interests of beneficiaries, and ensure that assets are permanently managed in accordance with the founder's wishes.
This role demands the highest trust and absolute integrity. That is precisely our standard.
Protective function within the foundation structure, on request as part of the mandate. Oversight and safeguarding on behalf of the founder.
