VADUZ Advisory operates from this stance. We do not sell standard solutions, we develop structures that fit a concrete situation, legally sound, tax-aware, built to last across generations. Substance is built over years. Structure determines generations. For us, that is not a claim but a working instruction.

Our model is clear: VADUZ Advisory is the strategic mind. We place your situation in context, design the structure, lead the client relationship. Implementation is handled by our partners: our partner firm in Magdeburg for tax advice under § 3 StBerG, our trustees in Liechtenstein for foundation establishment, our lawyers in Spain for real estate and residence matters.

The client has one point of contact. Behind him stands a network of licensed specialists. Depth without losing coordination.

Felix Heller

Felix Heller is responsible for the strategic direction of VADUZ Advisory, the development of international partnerships, and the personal advisory of our clients. He is the first point of contact for new clients and guides them from the initial consultation through to the implementation of their wealth structure.

With extensive experience in international business development, including positions at companies such as RSG Group and Apple, he has first-hand knowledge of how global business structures operate. Today, he applies this expertise to structure and strategically position the wealth of our clients on an international level.

Ronny Walch, Tax Adviser

Ronny Walch is a certified German tax adviser (Steuerberater) with deep expertise in international tax structuring and wealth planning. He does not think in forms, but in structures. Where others file tax returns, he develops strategies that protect wealth across generations.

His strength lies in distilling complex tax matters to their essence and translating them into legal, efficient structures, from family foundations in Liechtenstein to international holding structures. German tax advice to VADUZ Advisory clients is rendered exclusively by Ronny Walch's own tax advisory firm (§ 3 StBerG).
